Wholesale/Bottled Water Opportunity

86 acres of Beautiful North Carolina Mountains with at least 5 springs of near distilled quality water. This water set up is almost complete whether you go with a wholesale water business or decide to bottle your own.

The only things remaining are permits (minimal cost) and finishing the construction of the filling station (about $1000).

Here you see the two 10,000 gal. holding tanks and the filling station below (gravity fed through an 8" pipe). With this set up you can fill a 6200 gal. tanker in 20 minutes.

This is one of the two existing wells. They were constructed to exceed standards by using stainless steel piping (see inside view) for water and PVC for electrical conduit. There is a flow value/meter inside each well housing. The wells produce 17 gals. per minute of near distilled water (and there are 5 other springs to tap).

Here you see the 8" pipe coming from the two 10,000 gal holding tanks (they're up there, just hard to see in this shot) feeding the water down at an 86 degree angle to the filling station where a 6200 gal tanker can be filled in about 20 minutes.

This is the power station that provides the electricity for the operation (diesel generator)

  Three Bottling Companies Nearby

There are three bottling companies within 100 miles of the springs, so transport costs are minimal.

Land Development Opportunities

This land is also ideal for a housing development (condos or apartments). It is located right on Hwy 321 (700 acres road frontage on Hwy 321), which is one of the two main arteries in the mountains.

This land also has a valley with 4 springs in it that would be ideal (considering the amount of sun and water) for greenhouse plants such as organic vegetables (already a rapidly growing market in the mountains, there is a large resort with about 1000 members that caters to vegetarians. There are also 3 health food stores in Boone that carry organic fruit and veggies).

The altitude on this land (2700 to 2800 ft) is ideal for growing apples and there is lots of room to grow them too.
