Heavenly Mountain Resort is
a residential and resort community that offers a unique opportunity
to live in a gated community that is built according to an ancient
system of architecture in tune with nature. This architecture
takes into account subtle and powerful laws of nature--such as
influences of the sun, proper proportion, and orientation--that
promote health, success, and happiness. Building materials
are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. |

It is
adjacent to the Spiritual Center of America where hundreds of
men and women pursue enlightenment through deep meditation. The peaceful influence created by
their meditation spreads a sublime air of serenity in the community. Royal
palaces of ancient civilizations in Europe and Asia were often
located near such groups to draw upon the spiritually nourishing
atmospheres.
Gorgeous views, wonderful
neighbors and a peaceful happy life are the main ammenities offered
by Heavenly Mountain. However, the usual tennis, golf,
and swimming is also provided in an equally inspiring fashion. |

A major part of Heavenly Mountain Resort is The Spiritual Center
of America, which is a non-profit educational facility providing
the main amenity for Heavenly Mountain Resort. It is comprised
of two campuses, men and ladies, who practice transcendental meditation
(TM) and the advanced TM and TM-Sidhi Program twice a day, which
not only enriches their personal lives but creates an uplifting air
of serenity in the environment. |

This amazing atmosphere makes
Heavenly Mountain Resort unique in the world. The Transcendental
Meditation (TM) technique is a simple, natural, effortless technique
practiced for 15-20 minutes twice a day. During the technique,
the individual's mind and body settle down to a very deep state
of rest. The body experiences a state of rest that is deeper
than sleep and therefore gets rid of very deep stresses and fatigue. The
mind correspondingly reaches a very quiet state where it transcends
all mental activity. This deep rest to both mind and body
helps to enliven the individual's creative potential which results
in increased effectiveness and success in our life. Scientific
research has shown that when individuals practice the TM and the
advanced TM-Sidhi Programs in a group, it has the effect of lowering
the negative trends in society and raising the positive trends. TM
is very easy to learn and is practiced by all ages, cultures and
religions throughout the world. |

STHAPATYA VEDA
Sthapatya Veda is an ancient science of architecture
that has recently been revived by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the teacher
of the Transcendental Meditation technique. Sthapatya Veda
contains the knowledge of designing homes, buildings and entire
communities in accord with natural law, taking into account the
forces of nature that form and influence our lives in subtle and
profound ways. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
| |
Our immense force of nature, which we take
for granted, is the sun, and yet it plays the most significant
role in our lives. It strongly influences the energy in our
home as it crosses the sky from east to west each day. Therefore,
it is important that rooms be laid out in such a way as to create
the proper influence. With the rooms oriented properly, we will
feel hungry when we are in the kitchen, sleepy in the bedroom,
and our minds will be alert in the library, as opposed to whatever
influence we may be experiencing now. |
|
 |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
| |
Precise orientation and proportion
are key to Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, as there are cells in the
human brain that act like little compasses and respond to correct
proportion. If we can align our lives with how nature is
already functioning, we can live free from resistance and experience
much more success and fulfillment in our lives. |
